1. Agreement

This website is operated by MaskVault ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colors exactly as they appear in person. Slight variation between the photos and the physical mask is normal.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse any order.

4. Pricing and orders

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Compare-at prices shown with a strikethrough reflect the value of the item, not necessarily a price previously charged by this store.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed with a pricing error, and orders that exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. By submitting an order you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Our Shipping Policy explains how we handle lost and damaged packages regardless.

8. Product use and safety

Read this part.

Our masks are costume and novelty items. They are not safety equipment, not respirators, not personal protective equipment, and not toys.

• Vision is restricted. Never drive, ride, operate machinery, or use stairs in low light while wearing a mask.
• Not flame resistant. Keep away from open flame, candles, fire pits, and pyrotechnics.
• Not for children under 14 without adult supervision.
• Remove the mask immediately if you feel dizzy, overheated, short of breath, or if your skin reacts to the material.
• Don't wear a mask anywhere it's illegal to conceal your face, and don't wear one to commit, threaten, or intimidate. That's on you, not us.

You assume all risk associated with wearing and using our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the MASKVAULT name and logo, product photography, video, and written copy — is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Our products are original designs. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or connected to any film studio, comic publisher, entertainment company, or character franchise. Any resemblance to a fictional character is coincidental and not intended to suggest an official association.

10. Your content

If you send us photos, video, or reviews, or tag us on social media, you give us permission to use that content in our marketing, on our site, and on our social channels without payment. You confirm the content is yours to give.

11. Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate but don't warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's security, or impersonate any person.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, our products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived.
